Makes around 12-15 scones (depending on size of cutter you use)
Makes 1 baking tray (orĀ 1 loaf tin as in the picture and allow extra cooking time)
Makes 2 x 2lb loaf tins
To vary you can add mixed spice, use different fruit, miss out the nuts, etc
You can halve the amounts to make 2 x 1lb loaf tins - Note: requires less cooking time
