Ingredients
- 150g of Plain Flower
- 200g Soft Brown Sugar
- 200g Dried Apricots
- 150ml Orange Juice
- 200g Oats
- 150g Butter
Directions

Marinate the apricots in the orange juice, if possible over night.

Grease a square baking tin

Melt the butter, in a saucepan, remove from the heat.

Add the oats and sugar, mix well.

Remove the apricots from the OJ.

Press half the oat mixture in the bottom of the tin.

Place the apricots on top.

Cover with remaining oat mixture and press well down.

Place in the oven and cook for approximately 30 minutes.

Serve hot/warm or cold, with cream or ice cream.
