Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees Centigrade
Line 2 loaf tins or similar
Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
Pour into the lined tins
Bake in oven for about 1 hour
When cold you can ice cake with a mix of lemon juice, icing sugar and cream cheese if you wish.
Allow 125 gm of cream cheese per cake.
