Method
Rub in the margarine into the flour until it resembles bread crumbs, either with your hands, or with a food processor.
Add the remaining ingredients’
Mix well
Place the fruit in the greased bowl
Top with the crumble mixture and press lightly.
Place in the oven and cook for 40-45 minutes, until the crumble is browned and the fruit mixture is bubbling
Serve with ice cream, cream or custard.
