Ingredients

  • 200 gm Soft Cheese (e.g. Philadelphia)
  • 2 - 4 Cloves of Garlic - crushed (To taste)
  • 12 Radishs

Directions

  1.  

    Place garlic and radishes in food processor and chop finely

    Put cheese into a bowl and blend with the garlic and radishes taking care not to over stir.

    Cool in fridge before serving
