The 1997 Garland Range

Since the launch of the Garland in 1988, this range has become recognised for its distinctive model style, comprehensive specification and unequalled value for money. Fleetwood have now added to this unique appeal a touch of refinement and luxury which, for 1997, places Garland in that position in the market which appeals to the discerning and demanding buyer, whilst retaining its traditional affordability.

Plain exterior styling is enhanced by smooth panelling and a smart coach-line profile, whilst a higher level of equipment is complemented by a cosy yet modern style furnishing theme.

Fleetwood have raided their own profile with an entirely new logo and badging display and the Company’s commitment to quality is amply demonstrated by the introduction of their Talisman extended warranty scheme.

The Dealership Network

Fleetwood is represented by an experienced dealer in all the major areas of Britain. They all combine the enthusiasm of a considerate and informed sales force with the expertise and competence of their modern workshops. Most of our dealers have held the Fleetwood franchise for many years and all are devoted to giving the customer the best possible service.

Talisman – Protecting the Future All Fleetwood products carry a full three year warranty. The initial period of twelve months is extended to cover the second and third years; the scope of the cover may be inspected at any Fleetwood dealership, and is available to every first time purchaser and also those purchasing the product within the three year period.

After Sales Service and Customer Care

Fleetwood is justly proud of its reputation in this critical area. Whether it is warranty or after sales, Fleetwood recognises that each of these areas is vitally important to the customer’s peace of mind and his or her continuing confidence in the choice of product. It is essential, therefore, that the company maintains a progressive policy of supporting the dealerships to enable them to quickly and efficiently respond to their customers

Caring for the Environment

Fleetwood continues to take all necessary steps in the establishment of an active and progressive formality in this area. The control, release and distribution of waste material is of prime importance and is constantly being monitored and evaluated. The eradication of all forms of pollution in the manufacturing process is the keynote of the management policy and Fleetwood works closely with the local authority and outside organisations to achieve this.
