Thetford has received reports on a number of occasions where the pump of the C250 CWE toilet has broken. In the majority of cases this has been due to frost damage. As a solution to this problem.

I need to replace the 35mm shower valve on our 2003 Heritage 640-EB because of a leak from the handle. The number on the side is 10-01-02.

I am looking for a round shower tray for a 2007 Fleetwood Meridien 520-EB any help much appreciated

I need my shower tray repairing in my 2007 Heritage 640-ES or if I can't get it repaired a new one. Any ideas?

I have just purchased a 2006 Meridien 560/4EK, and the shower does not have a water supply. Is the tap micro switched?

I have a 2003 Heritage 640-CB. My Thetford toilet has a red indicator warning light which lets you know when the tank needs emptying. This light is constantly on whether it is full or not and even when the tank is removed

I have a problem with the pink liquid! Where to put it? The caravan is a Heritage 600-EB, it seems that the flush is a direct feed.
