Below are the submersible pumps as fitted in Fleetwood caravans from 1997

We had a number of owners with Whale Smart Flo water pumps experiencing the pump cutting in for a very short duration, a few pulses only, every 10 to 15 minutes with no apparent water leakage to the system.

In 2008 & 2009 Fleetwood fitted an on-board cold water tank with semi-automatic feed and water level sensor linked to the LCD information panel to all the Heritage twin axle models.

I am thinking about buying a 2007 Heritage 640-EST. Please can you tell me what water pump/system it uses?

What make of water pump would have been fitted? Is there a certain model / number?

I have a 1994 Fleetwood Crystal 148/5, and it did not come with a Whale water pump. I'm finding it hard to find the one I need, I think it's the EP1312 Whale pump.

I own a 2007 Heritage 640-ES. When we turn the kitchen or bathroom tap on there is a lot of vibration coming from the area of the shower. It sounds like the pump is vibrating inside the wardrobe. It is difficult to ascertain quite what the issue is but it goes away once you stop running water.

My intention was to sterilize the on board water system over the weekend in readiness for our trip to Cornwall next weekend.

Unfortunately the on-board water pump on our 2008 Heritage 640 ES(T) would not show any signs of life.

I am trying to pump water from the water barrel into the a 2004 Heritage 640-ES(D) which I've just imported into Australia. On a previous van when the tap was turned on the micro switch activated the whale pump.

On this van this does not seem to work. I then turned on the pump switch but the water supply is very intermittent with very little water coming through the tap.

I can’t find an outlet on the outside for the crystal water filter on my 2004 Heritage 640-EB. Don't Fleetwood caravans have them?

Do you know where the water filter is situated on a 2003 Heritage?

The Malaga E water heater needs replacing in my 1998 Colchester 1300-2. Do you know where I can get one?

I recently purchased a 1994 Garland 165-4 but it didn’t come with a manual. I’m having trouble getting hot water. In fact I have no idea what to do to make the water run hot. I will be very grateful for any advice I receive.
