Through the years more and more electrical items have been fitted into the caravans. For example, lighting changed from "Gas and 12v fluorescent lighting" as described in the 1980 sales literature, to include "ambient LEDs lighting" in the 2009 Heritage. Cookers may also have an electric ring in addition to the traditional gas giving more flexibility.
Wiring diagrams were put in some but not all of the Handbooks/User Manuals issued by Fleetwood. In some years Fleetwood also issued a separate Service handbook which sometimes included a wiring diagram, as in 2002.
