I have noticed all too often that many caravanners fail to carry the most basic of tool kits. It is true that not everyone has the aptitude to be a mechanical or electrical mastermind, but anyone can carry out some basic checks before setting off.

Had difficulty pulling blocks out from under the van when the ground is a bit soft?

Are your caravan carpets looking tired and grubby?

Finding it difficult to get up the steps into the caravan?

You may not have the skills or knowledge to be in a position to use these BUT if you have them someone on site may be able to help you out.

It may seem a lot but a kit of around £30 can fix a lot of minor problems.
