Pre-Check

Before you take your caravan out there are a few things you should do so as to make sure your holiday gets off to a good start

External checks to car and caravan

• Condition of towbar sockets
• Tyres – replace if cracked or worn
• Lights and indicators working
• Caravan number plate is intact and matches tow vehicle
• Replace any rubber window seals that look perished
• Clean the external body of the caravan with caravan/car shampoo and wax or polish to protect

Internal checks

• Vacuum carpets, curtains and upholstery. 
• Wipe walls ceilings, fixtures and fittings with anti-bacterial solution.  Leave windows ajar to allow air through.
• Test all appliances and internal electrics to ensure they are working correctly.
