1. I have sent an e-mail to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. as below, but a message has come back that the site is having difficulty and the server will try again for another 2 days. Do you know whether this site is still effective?
"We have a 1994 Fleetwood Garland 148/2SB and would like a Certificate of Conformity to enable us to reregister the caravan in France. Any help you can give us would be greatly appreciated."
2. I write from France, Cherbourg. (would you excuse my poor English)
I am in project to buy, on the British market, a used Fleetwood Heritage 640 (between 2004-2008 depending on price), but if I do it I need to make an approval for French roads in spite of being in Europe... To pass all the controls and tests I need a complete technical documentation about the caravan, especially about the frame, suspension, brake, the hitch and all information possible about electrical features and water system.
Do you know where I can download all these documents to present them at the French engineer of the DREAL (roads administration)?

As you know the Manufacturer is no longer trading and it was his and only his responsibility to issue the 'Certificate of Conformance' to allow you to freely use the unit on European roads.

We do have various specifications which are manufacturing year specific which cover Sales Literature to include sizes, weights, etc and Owners Handbooks which cover the specifications of fitted equipment.
